Leave Encashment

Does TCS have a Leave Encashment policy regarding the conversion of any unused leaves into a certain amount?

I heard that 44 leaves will be converted into certain amount but what about after resign? even it's same of 44 leaves or all leftover ELs will be encashed?? what if it's less than 44?

Mine is 48 Earned leaves not yet encashed. According to my knowledge, if you have more than 48 leaves then it get encashed in the next quarter automatically. In case, whenever you are resigning the leftover EL will be encashed at the time of settlement.
