I got a mail for non compliance for Jan 6-12 and its said that if we don't apply temporary remote work request/ clarify it by Feb 11, they will deduct leaves. Has anyone else gotten the same? Do you think they will actually deduct the leaves? For me there is no odc and common ODC is terrible for working, cant even attend calls due to internet issues.
