Trending @Accenture; Leave Carry-Forward Confusion — Anyone Got Clarity?
Heard that some leaves might not carry forward into next year. Is this true? If yes, what’s the rule or limit?
Would appreciate a quick TL;DR or a link to the official policy 🙏 Trying to plan ahead before my leaves vanish into the void 👻
If you don't utilise ur leaves, those will expire at the end of the year. But Each location has a different no of leaves to carry forward to the next year apart from that everything will expire.
Ex: Bangalore has 45 days left to carry forward.
Hyderabad have 60days leaves to carry forward.
For Blr: If an employee has 50days leaves, At the end of the year, only 45days will be carried forward to the next year. The remaining 5 days will get expire.
Leave Encashment:
Last year they were given an option for HYD location, up to 8 days leaves they can encash at the end of the year.
All the available leaves, U can encash at the time of leaving from the company.
