Leave Balance after FY

What happens to leaves after the financial year? Which leaves are carried forward and which ones are lapsed?

Also are there any leaves that can be cashed out?

Only casual leaves and flexi are lapsed and the rest carry forward.

Casual - will become 0 Flexi - you will have option to select 2 flexi in a year out of the mentioned options of flexi. These are valid till December. Sick leave - will reduce to 44( if more than 44). No encashment for any grade. If less than 44, the will be accumulated till balance 44 as on 31 March.

Earned leave- will reduce to 44 ( if more than 44). Encashment based on basic salary multipled number of days more then 44. Only till C3B grade. Above grade no encashment. If less than 44 then will accumulate till u reach 44
