I’m just wondering, if you’re a manger/lead of a team. Which you will be in some years. What leave approval and backend process you would like to have in place ?

My question was whether any project is following the same , which I have never heard of from (even from many seniors who have considerable amount of experience in IT).As for my plan ,let's park it for the future , there a long way to go!!In the meantime you can share yours being a manager 😉

Lolzzz 😅 just follow the leave policy in employee handbook, if your lead or manager troubling you raise it with HR. If policy is in your side then your lead/Hr will be thrown out of the company 😉😉
