Leave approval
I have applied leaves for the month of April in advance. It's already been 10 days leaves are not been approved. My allocation is getting over on 31st March and will be extended soon for the next quarter. Can a manager approve leaves for the month of April now or do they need to wait till allocation gets extended? Please share your inputs. Thanks

Have a word with your manager. As it completely depends on your manager.

Everything is frozen in system. In April, you can cancel those leaves and apply fresh ones

If you are going to be in bench post march then you can simply apply leave RMG team will approve it
