Trending @Accenture; Leave Accenture for Deloitte. due to location issues?
I have 4+ YOE, I joined Accenture 6 months back and my probation ended just now. Due to RTO and base location issues with HR, I have started searching for a job in my preferred location. Now I have got an offer at Deloitte for 15.5 LPA Fixed. My current package at Accenture is 12 LPA with 10 as fixed. The crux is that the Deloitte offer is for a FTH role (Fixed Term Hire) for 1 year and the Recruiting HR said after 1 year, the project may get extended or they would be converting me into Full time Hire. So folks, is it ok to move to Deloitte as FTH?. Can anyone list out the pros and cons please.
Also can Accenture provide a counter offer with my preferred location? (keeping in mind that i joined recently, 6 months back).
With my experience, the moment you put resign they should try to retain you and change the location.
Oh is it possible? Also will they give a counter offer for employees who joined recently (6+ months)? Thanks for your reply
I had 1 year experience when i tried that. Soon after putting my papers, manager called and talked to leaders for my location change. But yes i was a very critical resource.
