Leave ( Notice period) Marriage

Hi TCS Folks I got multiple offers but my marriage is in the month of november I already approved my marriage leaves. But if I resign today can they cancel my leaves and ask to work in the notice period ( I have taken 1 month leave).

If you are allocated then 95% chance that they will tell you to complete notice period.In notice period only SL are allowed.All depends on your manager.If he is ok TCS can release you in 1 month as well.

Never take 2 decisions of life together. I will suggest have marriage first and then resign . Wait for 4-5 months...life change after marriage and can become hell if due to professional commitment you not able to give time to spouse.
It's a friendly advice but all depends on you how much risk you want to take .
