Learning While Working is the New Upskilling?

Recently, I have been thinking if casual learning apart from working is the most effective way to enhance one’s productivity. At HeyCoach, new learning is applied as a part of the working process on a regular basis. It does make me think, are conventional techniques of learning no longer relevant any more? If you had the choice, what type of training do you like best when learning new skills in the workplace?

Casual learning while working is effective. Conventional methods still matter but can be less engaging. I prefer hands-on experience and real-world application for learning new skills.
