
Trending @Capgemini; Learning vs Salary Hike
In past 2 years I got a raise of 2.5% in total and now I m in project wherein I got a good work and supporting manager. But when it comes to money I can foresee that in next year max of 3-5% I can get without promotion. 12 yrs of exp and market value is 30LPA in ( BA and scrum role). For me I m way behind the market value. What would you do either you stay or move on new journey for financial stability.
Note- Learn develop skill than make a move I know that. What else ???

Bro move out . I am having the same issue . Low salary in market is also taken by HR as low responsibility taking capability. When I am applying HR is saying your salary is very low as per your experience, we cannot give you more than 40 % hike and in our organisation that is also very low . Get your salary high by other organisations then apply here (clear no is sober way) .

What is your current package? If the gap is just of 3....5 lakhs then good to have work life balance.
