They have one of the better CRMs, especially for b2c services. Sad to see this happening, but very confident that most of these people will get jobs on the merit that they created something like leadsquared.

How is their CRM different from let's say Hubspot.
Just asking since i know they don't have a free to use product and wanted first hand feedback from someone who used it !!!

I've used zoho, zendesk and leadsquared. It was an edtech company with tons of leads flowing and we were using all possible channels to connect with useds. Liked leadsquared over all of the rest.

Personal+industry preference. As per your application your choices can defer.

Used hubspot free, great integrations for mark-automation and funnel etc. But didn't solve many use cases for me.
