Leading with Impact over Hype: Indian Startups has Come a Long Way

I asked the CEO of an Indian startup, "How valuable do you think promoting success stories and outcomes is in driving your business and vision forward?"

CEO: "Since we're only a few months in, promoting success stories feels like it would come off as fluff. Right now, we're focused on doing genuine good for society. We are seeing tailwinds from the market, government & users. The stories will come when the time is right."

It's inspiring to see impact prioritized over profit. Startups thrive when they're driven by impact rather than quick revenue.
