Trending @Accenture; Leadership or postmasters

Have you ever thought of how the leadership here in Accenture (not all but mostly) are just playing the role of postmaster. They hear what clients have to say and vomit as is to the people under them. I have worked with great leaders in the past who takes out time to discuss and share what they think could be the way to approach things. I don't see any thought leadership at all (no thought just hear and speak),no leadership but the puppets
