Lead Software Engineer at Publicis Sapient
Hello folks, I have 6.7 YOE in Frontend engineering and have been laid off at existing startup. My total CTC is 25LPA (22 fixed + 3 Bonus). I have cleared technical rounds at Publicis Sapient for Lead Frontend Engineer (Frontend React) and have salary discussion round tomorrow. I would like to know a decent ask for the same. I am thinking of 32 LPA (30% increase to 25 LPA). I would like to know if anyone has idea about salary at this level and if its a fair ask.

It depends on few factors, how your interview went and what your work was in the previous orgs. You're already undperaid considering the exp you've. If your skills are up to the level, you can surely target this much.
