Layoffs - Need help

Got laid off in Oct, the company gave me notice period less than 20 days. They said they will pay only 15 days of severance pay based on my current salary. And later on I found out that I am entitled to 3 month notice period pay in case of layoffs. Now that I have told them this, they have been ghosting me since. It's been 3 weeks, I have received no response to my emails. The EPFO is also pending for few months from 2023. They are not following the contract they have signed nor following the timeline they have set. What should I do?? Please help.
