Even someone who has given more than a 13 years of service is not safe at all. Anyway, if a person’s skill set doesn’t match, they should be released with compassion — at least so they can survive until they find a new job. It’s very horrible news to hear.

Yes its true. Employee of 14 years also asked to put resignation and successful in their actions with deducting 15,000 health insurance knowing that employee has a little child and ailing mother as well. Yet didn't provide any insurance coverage for the money and agreement.
