Layoffs in tcs.. the way it is conducted is pathetic

I think it's not just ceo's doing. Somehow I feel that new coo is the main reason for this issue

Really pathetic....no rules and regulations....no kindness ...no skill check is being done.....just layoff irrespective of the type of work the employee is doing....the old and unskilled managers are sending the names of employees for 'fluidity', with whom they have grudges....Seems that they were waiting for Tata ji's demise.....really really really pathetic in the history of TCS.
