Layoffs in TCS
Can someone let me know whether grades on C2 and lower grades (C1) below it are also getting laid off ? If so, do let me on what basis they have become the victim of the same ? . Do share your ideas or suggestions to get projects on the bench at the earliest . If someone , working in mechanical projects are here do let us share your suggestions or requirements to get projects at the earliest .
Yes it is going on. Not willing to relocate, ego clash, c bands , not want to do night or rotational shift. They will push In one project you have to take else they will create issue
Better to be in any project in this situation. Upskill and get other job in product based company
