Layoffs in mobility sector

Curious if layoffs are going to start happening in EV/mobility sectors especially after Ola last week. I’m hearing Spinny in the market is next. a friend was asked to start creating KT docs out of the blue and after he asked 4-5 folks from other teams, he found out several others had been asked to too. anyone at Spinny hearing this? what about you folks at Ather, Hero etc?

My general belief is that EV space is hot and nothing bad is really going to happen there

I am from spinny there are no firing in spinny. But there are few ~4-5 PIP for underperformers. Spinny is even giving appraisal to most FTEs
