Trending @Capgemini; Layoffs happening in CG 2025?

I'm not sure but I did read a few posts where the company asked recently onboarded candidates to resign due to lack of projects in the organization (with a 30 day notice period and two months of salary in hand).

Has anyone else seen these silent layoffs?
