Can anyone confirm the below :

if we get band c or lower than that , irrespective of grades we will be forced to resign or laid off ? If that's the case ppl who are getting released by default will get the bad bands right , quite confusing? Correct me if i'm wrong

C band have very high risk of lay off. Secondly if you have allocation and rto compliance then expect lesser chances. However if you get C band better start searching for new job.
