Layoffs coming again?
Hi everyone, I heard from some senior manager-level members that there might be a second round of layoffs coming in June. Has anyone else heard something similar or has any confirmed information about this?
No didn't hear anything like that.Already they're not getting resources and trying to recruit people every week even in the location like Kolkata.but yes in tcs confession page in facebook some ppl are spreading rumours.which they also did during last year by spreading the news that in December 2025 there would be huge wave of layoff.If you get this info from tcs confession page then I'll say leave the group for your mental peace.mostly fake profiles are there.

No dude its very real. This recruiting shit is absolute crap. Trust me cause I am in the technical interview panel of my tech stack and I can actually shed light what's happening ground reality.

Yeah heard the same. They preparing a revamp list. Some new organisational structure.
They calling it future of TCS or something to retain and attract talent. TCS is bleeding heavily with talent loss.
But already they're not getting resources.how can they afford another round of layoff?
Yes, due to AI disruption they are going to do a layoff.
