Layoffs at Nielsen India

I am part of the layoffs.

They made us sign a document and asked us to resign.

4 months Salary with a document signing no legal action against them.

It is happening across the Nielsen office in India

My guess is laying off 10-15% of staff

Why dafaq did you sign a document?! If they are making you sign this, try and understand this is grounds for a classic class action suit kinda thing. 4 months salary is too low for a mass layoff

The concept of class action isn't strong in India but hell, if they are making you sign this document, you should be aware that they're doing this to cover their asses.
