Layoffs are not like other companies but only bench people were getting laid off

Recently TCS has started a new policy that all associates should be deployed within 35 days if they were in bench and annually they should be deployed 225 days but what I feel is this policy is a befitting reply to those who are sitting idle and doesn't want to work but only were there with TCS like a leach but what is the negative side of this policy is that genuine people who wants to work but unfortunately they are also comes under the scrutiny and getting resigned or terminated..

As it's a request that those who are on the bench please don't misuse the policy try to get the projects as soon as possible don't be dependent on RMG solely if we have to stay in TCS then we have to grab the projects

To certain extent still TCS is giving some kind of stability to the employees who are working in any projects so please don't misuse the bench policy until the market conditions improves.
