Layoff with no justification

My friend in c3B asked to resign recently with a justification as organisation shared list and HR proceeding . He got a c band onetime before last year apart from that all good . But still forced to resign

its true next wave starting from 1 Nov till 30 Nov.. A single C band or D band and you will be out… target C4 and C3B…. many of us have already got the intimation

Same thing happened with my 2 colleagues in this months ,those name put into fluidity list and they are asking justification from manager and manager didn’t give or manage by RMG/HR and today could be last day for them in the project and next month in TCS
Even there are 4 requirements with same skills set
anyway those are having good skills set
