Layoff waves in TCS
Can anyone confirm by which quarter things are going to stabilize? Please comment only if you have authentic information.

First of all authentic information is hard to find.. Sometimes DP's decisions are getting overridden even though the associate is a technical architect working directly with the client..
But rest assured, we should forget "stabilization" in the IT industry (specially service based).
For a long period of time companies have delivered sub-par quality of delivery hence clients are investing in their own GCC and AI along with geopolitics are just adding fuel to the fire.
80-90% lay off by this September, remaining by Mar’26. Management already gave this info in couple of magazines
No one knows and those who know won't say. Chances are the HR and RMG may not know too.
