Who will be impacted - 1-employees on the bench for more than 2 months.

2-Mid level and senior level employees whose job role is not required in the market.

So it is official news.

We have C3B getting 13LPA and C2 getting 20 plus. So not sure target is just designation or package or combination

Number will be much higher than the 2% as stated. 2% is for the media. Internally it could be potentially more than 2%.

Yes I think nearly 40k Senior management asked to create a list of associates who are above of C3A grade and now I got the reason

And junior level employees will let go as by 3 month gross salary payout which is already done

You are under wrong impression that salaries impact firing. It depends, if project size is 100, its certain that 2 will be shown door irrespective of their salaries. If its 2 resource project, no one will be axed even if the salary is higher.
