Layoff started in TCS
I have heard Tcs started laying off people yesterday who have reached 35 days of bench time.. Is this true?? Also heard that they asked some to submit laptop same day and allowed some employees to grt allocated in few days else they will br out...
They will first send the memo to the employees and set the criteria for termination and the last step is Termination if the employee skillset is not fit for any requirement

Every third person I know have already resigned even some without any offer in hand to whom will they layoff😂
Yes it is true, they are asking either get allocated or be ready for consequences....
Attrition has started long before, they are showing false data
People themselves are leaving, attrition will increase by the end of Q3.
