Actually I got a hardlock mail...n I got into a project... after that nobody reached out to me..after 2 months some one said that I was rolled off from the project via teams chat ....I was not sure y?n i reached every single person nobody responding to this...n i contacted bench HR ...he said that u r tagged under a project, u just reach to project people, today my manger said she is trying to roll off me..but central team is not ready to release me to bench ...they said they can't release ASE to bench once they r locked....so my manger said to me she is helpless she can't do anything that I need to search project on my own...so here my question is if I'm tagged to a project how can I get another project calls?my profile shows that I'm tagged to a project, so for those people my profile won't show as I'm available.... could u plz solve this...if u have any idea abt this 😕..if there r any openings for level 12...plz let me know

For L12 it’s difficult, but you can check internal job gateway portal

I got the negative feedback from my previous manager as i have raised my voice so he release me from the project and also updated the negative feedback but the same day i got the another project. Will this news is going to impact on my position
