Layoff or I am getting fired
Need a bit of advice, I know I am gonna get fired in my current organisation. My manager told me they gonna hire someone senior. This is my first job, it's taking a toll on my mental health that I can get fired anytime.
Need advice from my senior,how do I handle the situation
Take job insurance ASAP.... not sure if it works in India.... just give it a try

if a person have this job insurance and got fired from job, that person will get monthly salary from insurance company.... actual terms and conditions change based on what policy u have taken....google about it
1/ Start applying for jobs. 2/ Alright if you get laid off, that happens to thousands every year. 3/ Try to get an estimate from your manager as to when it might happen. If possible ask for a long notice period if you want continuity in income.
He didn't said I am gonna get fired, but he mentioned wethink we need a senior analyst now not a fresher for our requirements. The firing part is still I am not sure but looks like they are not okay with the performance

Your manager said they are gonna hire someone senior, when did he say he is gonna fire you? How does hiring someone mean they will fire you?
