Layoff Ola ……Now

I read an article, that during boom times the big companies hire more people and inflate salaries so that new startups/competition doesn't get quality employees. This, if true, would explain why a company like Ola burning cash, without a decent product, would hire people.

I feel sad for all the people who joined this company for higher pay.
