Layoff list for 2 C bands in last 3 years
Heard today that there is going to be a layoff list for people having 2 C in the last 3 years. Is it true?
Looks like people who mentioned it's not true might be the one who got C consecutively...😀
I am in RMG and got C band from last 2 years. Have met several people. some saying same thing mentioned above and some not agreeing to it. I have got 2 calls from RMG 1 WEEK before deallocation date and 4 days after deallocation date regarding skill set. If C band is the case like discussed above then they wouldnt have call me and asking foe skill set. Situation is like they are just waiting for people to spend 2 months if no projects then silent lay off. So dont worry this is a golden chance if you are on bench abd you get job . So take this as an oppurtunity if u cm to RMG. Dont think about how you are going to be laid off think abour your future where it is going.
Why have you been released to RMG ? Did your project and team ended or only you were released ?
my project ended as i didnt want to continue . Current project kept me idle for 6 months ( Project was about to cm and it got closed ) last year and same thing happened this year. So i didnt conndct with anyone and quietly waited for the deallocation date. Also i tried giving interviews and got rejected due to skill mismatch. The account is not good so i quuetly came out.
Anything happened in TCS so I already prepared my mind that tomorrow is my last day infact I also received 2 C band due to arguments with my lead in previous project
Whoever got the last 2 years C band , they could be part of layoffs, if who are saying not true, it means they don’t know

True.They are in the fluidity list. But if we get an approval from the account head, for the project.They are retaining them.
