In my project, I had interviewed and short listed someone yesterday who’s been on bench for around three months. We haven’t initiated her allocation and thought of initiating it today
While that was happening, one of RMG called me out of the blue asking if we’re seriously planning to take her, because she’s literally sitting with HR right now and they are going to take action on her if we are not considering her considering the amount of time she spent in bench. She’s from the Bangalore location.
Why then we are not seeing any post in linkdIn or facebook.....it should spread in the market....duniya ko pata lagna chiye
Who will mention such things on LinkedIn or Facebook as who will tell I got salary for 3 months without doing anything and now tcs is threatening for termination. TCS shld put strict timeline like 35 bench policy for RMG as well once associate comes under rmg pool if that associate does not get project within 2 weeks then stop payment should be initiated for that rmg then only everyone will get projects
