They are not doing direct layoff but indirectly situation seems like that No promotion etc. So expecting ppl are resigning No retention for resigned associates. Hiring is muted, no final anniversary hikes BA associates are getting terminated or reduced in accounts Monthly variable cuts.

If layoffs happening first impacted employees are contract employees were high payments are happening for the projects other than india. Domestic project layoffs are very low on contract hires.
