Layoff in my mind always behind the scene. How to change the mindset ???

Hope you guys are doing well .
I am C3A having ctc of around 22lpa .
My past three years band are 'A' consecutively. But still I fear of loosing my employment. I am very scared of loosing my job because I have lots of responsibility to complete and loans(emi) to be paid.
My biggest fear is from the Home Loan of 33lacs and the expense of Bangalore around 30-40k per month. I don't have any other source of income and the possibility of generating a second source of income looks still far away dream as of now . The job in TCS is the bread winner of my family and only way to repay my emi.
How to come out of this great fear . ?
Please suggest.
And are you guys facing the same or going cool and ready to embrace the things incase it goes wrong ?
After getting 3 A bands and already allocated, if they fire you, DAM sure they will shut down organization 😒
I think we have to find alternative with good hike. Now we can't trust on tcs.
I see many ppl in mid level have this fear including me. Need to be calm and patient till the tide is normal. Otherwise if we work sincerely snd have good rapport with Supervisors it shouldn’t be big issue. Always keep upskilling.
Now that you’ve mentioned it, I’ve started to develop the same fear. I’m paying 90% of my in-hand salary in different EMI’s. Looking forward to answers in the comments section.
Bro, why do you fear ? You are among the rare people with 3 consecutive A ratings. On what basis will you be terminated?
I worked my ass off over my 3 years in TCS, was asked to lead a project which was fully into client escalation mode with mostly fresher's and few experience people.without the domain knowledge All my time was spent over calls explaining basic of the things to freshers, Reviewing everybody's scripts and preparing them for client reviews apart from my regular work
Even on my first marriage anniversary while I was in hotel on leave my manager pulled me into 4 hour call just to prepare him for client meeting to discuss about deliverables
And project closed in 2 years just one month before appraisal cycle and I was given a C rating
My last 3 rating B C and B, Hikes 4.5, 0.5 and 0
Even in my last project I worked for 12 hours most of the days suffered health issues and yet did not take any leaves. Client was not ready to release, even after promising to release, kept delaying my release
Worked in the account for 1.3 years and they released me just because I belonged to C3A grade and was not on priority list of manager
I too have a home loan, Parents over 66 yrs of age, and supporting my wife's education
I don't fear anymore, whatever gona happen will happen. If I start getting tense and start fearing that is going to risk my health.
I am doing my job. Let them do anything they want to do. I got them almost 15 lakh dollar billing and I am getting peanuts in return. Let the market outside improve, I will switch
