We have contract with clients. You can't just replace an associate with Gen ai unless client wants. And if gen ai is deployed, it's on client side, tcs won't get money.

Clients so not want gen Ai, but they want associates to use AI tools and be more efficient like emails, documents, code optimisation etc. our client asked us to run sql query in AI ti get a optimised solutions.
