Layoff fears - worth it?

There seems to be a lot of unnecessary fear around the layoff plan. Finally you will get to see the real world and get out of the trap. If you are capable and sincere and hard working but have been stuck in a rut in this organization - this is destiny calling. May goddess Lakshmi bless you! Fear not my friend. This is a good thing. Better would be to get out if you can as that will bring your freedom sooner.

Remember to be proud as you ran this organization selflessly and in return you were defrauded, leeched, branded average, given ridiculous roles and so on. You are a giver. Now get ready to receive your reward.
