Layoff clarification...

Guys those of you are posting layoffs...please post ur skills, yoe, bench period, method of layoff (termination, forced resign), no. of projects rejected, RTO issues.

This will help others rectify themselves and sustain a peaceful livelihood. All of us have families, paying EMI's.

You wont be laid off if you are in a project and billable and even if you are not going to office at all,there will be cut in QVA but they wont layoff if you are billable!

So far no layoff

No body has said that tcs fired him on any social platform so far....

Had tcs fired so many - at least one will come on one or other social media

Thats not true, I have seen people being called for HR discussion and were forced to send resignation mail
