Layoff and Forcefull Resignation
Just now another horrible story Chennai HR told my friend to resign called him in a room and told to keep phone a side and haven't allowed to talk with anyone He is having tears in his eyes What a bloody thing is going on after Tata Sir passed away
Will he get 3 months salary?
People with C or D band are also targets?😢😳
couple.of criterias:
- C4, C5
- High CTC
- consecutive C, D bands
- Too long in same project
- Folks on Fixed Priced projects
- Have not done MLT, E2 competency, AI/ML upgrade, etc etc
- Have not well oiled their boss ass !
- Donald Trump like thinking
- the list is endless
Simply put TCS is looking for cheapest labour. The entire TATA group is on financial crisis (bulk sell of Tata group's shares is taking place in stock market, that too at a discounted prices). TCS has spoilt their reputation beyond repair.
Be bold and Brave. Have faith in almighty. God has a plan for everyone. It is always for good.

Same thing happened with me. I have been asked to resign, saying that your name has come under 'Fluidity' tag, despite my good performance and compliance. Was working in a customer project and suddenly sent to RMG, and now in almost 10 days, they are asking me to resign. Didn't expect this from TCS atleast.
