Layoff and Forcefull Resignation

TATA was seen so wonderfully as the love for India until Ratan Sir and his ancestors were there. Now, Layoff and Forcefull Resignation by TCS can be seriously compared very well as our enemy Pakistan who always wants to hurt each and every Indian. I can only request them to have mercy towards their employees who have served for them throughout their tenure be it for a year to 20 - 30 years. Have some humanity please. Help !!!!
