Laying off should start from Seniormost Post (aka CEO, CHRO....etc)
Too outdated at the age of 59. Revolutionary at TCS also needs young CEO in 40's and management too.

Can’t agree more. A CEO must be responsible to make sure the company performs. The company does not perform but you get a increment and the rest of the company is on hold for their hikes and salary increments
