Laying Off continues at TCS

I was there at security desk Bangalore Global axis today at around 4pm. I personally saw 3 people handed off their ID cards and informed they resigned and its their LWD (everyone were seniors experienced). All this happened just for 5 min when i was there. Not sure everyday how many ppl are getting laid off. This is really sad.
