Latest interview trends for senior roles

I’ll be interviewing soon after quite some time, and I’m curious about the latest interview trends for senior-level data science roles (Lead/Manager level).

For those of you who have interviewed recently or are on the hiring side: • What kinds of questions or case studies are you seeing these days? • Are interviews still heavy on coding/ML system design, or more focused on business impact, leadership, and stakeholder management? • Any tips on what to brush up on (technical depth vs. strategic thinking)?
