Trending @Infosys; Lateral hire bench period
I was hired in December 2024. I got only a few project interview calls for java developer. Locked in an ENG unit from January onwards. Skilled up react and AWS during these bench days. Will they fire me? I am preparing myself for switching to a different company. Please post your thoughts guys.
The resource management in Infosys is absolutely trash and nonsense. They take resource mappings just to please their clients and u need to fight blind in that pool and only god knows who will get allocated. Better to upskill aggressively or even lie to recruiters about the projects done in infosys while switching the company
True , apart from that my personal experience says that they don’t take interview seriously, they just take for formality, even if u answers for 4 questions and don’t give answer for the 5th one you are simply rejected and resource management just maps you to simply xyz project
