Any HR from Deloitte here ? What is current situation of onboarding MBA grads. Got lot of queries regarding late joining and no update on offer letters

I think deloitte joining more depends upon location. Senior (not mba role) of mine who chosen mumbai,Bengaluru, hyderabad location onboarded quite early compare to pune office

When did you get placed and which role ?
MBA / graduation hiring ?
September end and Analyst. MBA
June/July for MBA grads is what I have heard and Sept+ for engineering. Joining is delayed due to business requirements.
Deloitte is indeed giving late joining. Also from what I have heard they will cite BGV issues to not onboard 7-8% of offers.
