Late night work

I am not comfortable with late night work but my team is mostly related to delivery boys so i am required to do night deployments and late night work which leaves me with brain headache in the morning and scattered sleep. What should i do and is the software engineering about late night work only ?

I think you will always find that a release can impact users. Focus should be how to reduce the impact.

If you can show there will be limited impact, team should be inclined for morning release
