This year it's not November month but December they're releasing the letters, next year 2025 appraisal we might get it on 2026. There's is going to be one full year without appraisal. They continue it step by step till they get aligned to releasing appraisals effective from March in upcoming years like usual increment process happens in every other company. So this kind of delay is expected for coming years atleast 2 years from now, we'll get our compensations delayed, My intuition.
