I am not even getting any increment and promotion 🙂

I received nothing last year ,they mentioned i didnt complete mandatory trainings

It depends on your CTC what was your CTC and rating

Your increment is my salary

In fs bu rating 3 c1 grade 60 % didn't get any hike

I got 35k

I got 30K

Last year i got only 11K
