May I know the difference between last working day and active working day in the organisation. Recently I put my resignation and as per my resignation, last working day is November but they are releasing me on August end. At the time of discussion with my resignation with HR, he told me the 3 months notice period salary. But now I am asked with HR, he said my salary is up to my active working day in the organisation. So I need clarity on my notice period salary. Shall I get my notice period salary?
