Can we return laptop, ID Cards and do all those clearance processes in the nearest DC (noida in my case) on my last working day or do we have to do it only in the base location (Bangalore) ?

You can return your laptop and ID cards at the nearest DC like Noida. However, get approval from your DM and HR in advance. Start the clearance process early to avoid delays.

If I have to write an email to HR then I don't think they will allow, they don't even care to reply back

You can submit laptoa at any nearest dc

Hi @jay were u successful in getting clearance at non base DC. I have the same query, in employee separation portal, clearance location is coming as base DC by default, can I put nearest DC instead ?
